Magna Communications was formed in 1990 and focuses exclusively on international business-to-business press & public relations, brand building and corporate development.

It exists to provide its increasingly global client base with professional service and expert advice and counselling to match each client's strategic aims; to achieve its marketing objectives, realise its business goals and build its brands.

The three areas in which the consultancy specialises represent an integrated approach to marketing success. The public's perception of a business, its products or services are inextricably linked to the success of its brands, while for brand supremacy it is essential that the corporation reflects the brand values and that employees see themselves as an essential part of the brand building process.

Today, 90 percent of Magna Communications clients trade globally, and 90 percent are pre-eminent in their marketplace. 60 percent are undisputed market leaders, 45 percent are based outside of the UK and 40 percent are U.S. corporations. It is currently active in markets that include, publishing, electronics and Internet solutions, health and safety, access equipment and civil engineering, labelling and barcoding, telecommunications and fire safety, engines, power generation and business furniture.

The consultancy's offices occupy a Georgian Listed Building, in a conservation area of the historic market town of Wimborne in Dorset, with associate colleagues in Argentina, Australia, Kenya, the Netherlands and the USA.
